Communion on the first Saturdays of the month
Make a note in your diary of the 1st Saturdays of the month, just as you would of important appointments. You can't miss a personal appointment with the King and Queen of Heaven!
The 1st Saturday celebrations (Communion, rosary, meditation, Confession within 8 days) are organized in the Salve Corda cities. If there is no "cité" nearby, go to Mass on Saturday morning on your own, recite your rosary and meditate for 15 minutes on the mysteries of the Rosary.

Confessions can take place 8 days before or after the first Saturdays of the month. In the Salve Corda cities, Confessions are generally held on the 1st Saturday of the month.

Pour porter le scapulaire de Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel (à ne pas confondre avec le scapulaire vert) il suffit d’en acheter dans les boutiques des monastères par exemple.

CONSECRATION to the Immaculate Heart of Mary
Consecration is a gift of one's person to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and must be made once in a lifetime. But it's a good idea to renew it every year. There are no special rules for making it. But given the importance of such a commitment the following method can be used:
Prepare yourself inwardly and choose a special date (major holiday, personal date, etc.).
On the chosen day, make your promise in a church or chapel before the Blessed Sacrament, if possible after receiving communion.
To mark the occasion, be in the presence of family and friends (if you don't have anyone, you're not alone: make your promise with your Guardian Angel).
Since the Hearts of Jesus and Mary are inseparable, it is logical to make a consecration to the two Hearts of Jesus and Mary rather than two separate consecrations.

Tips for those who also want to realize sacred-heart requests

L’horaire a été assoupli par les papes pour des raisons matérielles, tout le monde ne pouvant pas forcément être disponible à cette heure-là en raison de son devoir d’état. Ils ont permis que cette Heure Sainte soit réalisée le jeudi entre 14 heures et minuit.
Nous conseillons de commencer au moins une fois par mois et de se rassembler pour faire l’Heure Sainte the day before the 1st Friday of the month. Pour être nombreux et tenir compte de la vie à la fois professionnelle et familiale il est recommandé aux cités de l’organiser dans une Eglise vers 21 ou 22 heures.

Le sacré-Coeur nous a demandé de communier chaque 1er vendredi du mois pour réparer les offenses qui lui sont faites. Il n’a rien demandé d’autre ce jour-là.
S’il y a une Cité Salve Corda, une Messe est organisée.

Le Sacré-Coeur a demandé qu’il soit vénéré dans les familles. Il faut donc avoir une représentation chez soi sous forme de statue ou de tableau.
