Si les premier samedi du mois sont une priorité, et les réaliser est déjà très bien, certains membres de l’Alliance s’engagent aussi à mettre en pratique personnellement l’ensemble des demandes des Hearts of Jesus and Mary

details of these requests made to the faithful
1- First Saturdays of the month
The Blessed Virgin has asked that the offenses done to her be repaired by us every 1st Saturday of the month in the following way:
1/ Communion in reparation for offenses against the Blessed Virgin Mary
2/ Saying the rosary
3/ Fifteen minutes meditation on one of the mysteries of the rosary
4/ Go to confession within eight days with the same intention.
She also asked that this practice be carried out as a minimum five 1st Saturdays in a row.
2- Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary
Consecration is the act of giving oneself to the Blessed Virgin. All you need to do is choose a prayer of consecration and have a sincere interior disposition. It must be performed once in a lifetime.
3- The rosary
The Blessed Virgin has always asked for the rosary, and this proves the importance of this prayer. You have to say it every day, but it's not always easy, depending on your personal constraints. But we can always make our best efforts. The rosary has proved its incredible effectiveness in temporal problems, notably during the Battle of Lepanto.
4- Wearing the Mount Carmel scapular
The Mount Carmel scapular is a small piece of brown cloth worn like a medal, with the Sacred Heart on one side and Our Lady of Mount Carmel on the other. It was given by the Blessed Virgin herself to Saint Simon Stock in the 13th century. The cloth is a reduction of the Carmelite habit and shows our allegiance to the Blessed Virgin.
It must be delivered by a priest with a special blessing.
ATTENTION: Our Lady did speak of the Mount Carmel scapular. Inventing and wearing another scapular n’a aucune validité quant aux promesses de Fatima lesquelles sont attachées uniquement au scapulaire du Mont Carmel.
5- L’offrande de son devoir d’état pour la conversion des pécheurs
In these difficult times, the Blessed Virgin, in her maternal love, has not come to impose any particular penances on us. She has simply asked us to'regularly offer the difficulties of our state duty pour the conversion of sinners. By taking this step several times a day, the Blessed Virgin intervenes to prevent souls from going to Hell.
Requests to the faithful
Demandes au Roi (chef d’Etat)
1- Devote yourself to the Sacred–Heart
2- Communion every 1st Friday of the month
3- Thursday evening Holy Hour
4- Honorer l’image du Sacré–Heart
5- Obéissance à son devoir d’état
1- The King must devote himself to the Sacred-Cœur et L’honorer dans son palais
2- Putting the Sacred-Heart on the flag and coat of arms of France
details of these requests made to the faithful
1- Consecration to the Sacred Heart
Consecration is an act by which one gives his person to the SacredHeart. This consecration can take place naturally in a common consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
2- First Fridays of the month
Communion on the 1st Friday of the month" is requested by Christ to make amends for man's ingratitude towards him, and as proof of our love for him.
He asked that this practice be made nine consecutive 1st Fridays.
3- Thursday evening holy hour
Christ asked us to pray for an hour on Thursday evenings in memory of his agony. St. Margaret Mary wrote down exactly what Christ asked of her:
"Accompany Him in His Prayer to the Father, every Thursday from 11 p.m. to midnight, in remembrance of His mortal sorrow in the Garden of Olives. We must then unite ourselves with the affliction He felt when His Apostles abandoned Him, and implore, we too, the Father's mercy for sinners."
4- Honoring the image of the Sacred Heart
Christ explained that He suffered from the indifference and ingratitude of men. He therefore asked to be loved through the image of His heart of flesh, the expression of His immense love for mankind. That's why a representation of the Sacred Heart (image, statue, painting) should be present in our homes.
5- L’obéissance à son devoir d’état
Le Christ nous demande d’obéir comme Lui à la volonté de Dieu le Père, c’est-à-dire accepter ce que Dieu nous envoie. This request is in line with the offering of state duty requested by the Blessed Virgin.
Note:
Note that Heaven seems to be asking us to make a Triduum Pascal at the beginning of each month (Heure Sainte Thursday, 1er Friday and 1er Saturday) in honor of the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. It's a novelty that can be explained as follows: God has asked us every Sunday to thank him for having created. He now asks for the 1st Thursday/Friday/Saturday of each month to thank the Hearts of Jesus and Mary for having given us purchased. Our access to Heaven is only possible thanks to these two gifts: our creation and our redemption. This must be the rhythm of our Christian life.
