THE NEGLIGENCE OF MEN IN THE FACE OF THE DEMANDS OF THE HEARTS OF JESUS AND MARY
1 - eighteenth century: refusal to accept the call of the sacre-coeuR
Les apparitions du Sacré-Cœur à Paray-le-Monial se sont clôturées le 17 juin 1689. Ce jour-là, le Christ a révélé à Sainte Marguerite-Marie qu’il voulait la consécration officielle du Roi de France au Sacré-Cœur, et l’apposition de son Heart sur les armes de la France. Ses demandes n’ont hélas pas été réalisées et le June 17, 1789, a century later day for daythe Estates General met to abolish royal power.

3 - The call of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the 2nd refusal of men
The second half of the 19th century saw the start of a series of Marian apparitions, unique in the history of the world for the density and scope of their messages: Rue du Bac, Lourdes, La Salette, Pellevoisin (all recognized by the Church). This cycle will be crowned by Fatima and devotion to Heart Immaculate Heart of Mary. Like the Sacré-CœurOur Lady will be making requests to halt the progress of Evil on earth and save the souls of sinners from Hell. These requests will be addressed to the faithful and to the Pope.
"If we do what I'm about to tell you, many souls will be saved and we'll have peace."
"To prevent this (wars and persecutions editor's note) I will come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Heart Immaculate (by the Pope and the Bishops) and communion of atonement on the first saturday of the month. "
" War or peace depends on the practice of the 1st Saturday of the month and the consecration of Russia.
Pour la deuxième fois les fidèles se désintéresseront de ces demandes et n’appliqueront pas On request, on the 1st Saturday of the month. Quant au Pape Pie XI, à l’instar de Louis XIV, il ne réalisera pas les demandes de Fatima.
In 1931, Christ and then the Blessed Virgin appeared to Sister Lucia and spoke of twice situation similarity:
"Let my Ministers know, since they are following the example of the King of France in delaying the execution of my request, that they will follow him in misfortune."

Pope Pius XI died in February 1939, and the Second World War broke out a few months later.
4 - CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL IN THE TWENTIETH CENTURY : Wars and totalitarianism
Malheureusement, les demandes de la Sainte Vierge n’ont pas été suivies au XXème siècle, la deuxième guerre mondiale a éclaté, et les dictateurs meurtriers n’ont cessé leurs massacres et persécutions. Hitler, Staline, Pol Pot, Mao, etc.
Nevertheless, Popes Pius XII and John Paul II took the first step and consecrated the World to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on October 31, 1942 and March 25, 1984 respectively. However, these consecrations did not respect Our Lady's exact request to consecrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart, together with all the bishops in the world. and formalize First Saturday devotion in the Church of the month.
For this partial act, they will nevertheless obtain from Heaven temporary effects (the end of the Second World War and the fall of the Berlin Wall) without achieving the conversion of the world or the promised time of peace.
5 - Consequences of refusal in the 21st century: towards even worse global totalitarianism
Après Jean Paul 2, l’Eglise continuera d’agir et le 13 mai 2010, le Pape Benoit XVI rappellera lors de sa visite à Fatima :
“Celui qui penserait que la mission prophétique de Fatima est achevée se tromperait.”
Il indique ainsi clairement que nous sommes toujours et même plus encore dans le “temps de Fatima“ et qu’il est plus que jamais important de suivre les demandes de Notre Dame faîtes à Fatima, en particulier les 1er samedi du mois.
Visit 25 mars 2022, dans cette même logique, le pape François continuera à souligner l’importance de Fatima et consacrera “l’Eglise et l’humanité toute entière, en particulier la Russie et l’Ukraine“ au Coeur Immaculé de Marie. La Russie est mentionnée pour la première fois explicitement et cela montre l’importance de Fatima pour l’Eglise et le monde. Mais les 1er samedis du mois ne sont toujours pas mentionnés et l’intervention de Notre Dame ne peut avoir lieu.
Le temps passe et malheureusement, il n’y a toujours aucune action majeure de l’Eglise concernant cette deuxième demande de la Sainte Vierge nécessaire pour obtenir la paix : la reconnaissance officielle par le Pape dans toute l’Eglise de la dévotion réparatrice des “1er samedi du mois“.
Les événements graves continuent de s’accumuler et la guerre menace.
L’anniversaire des 100 ans de la demande par Notre Dame des premiers samedis du mois intervient en 2025 (December 10, 2025).
