Why FATIMA IS STILL relevant

A request from God himself for our time

At Fatima the Blessed Virgin expressed her request in these terms: "God wants to establish devotion to my Immaculate Heart throughout the world"..

Such words show the universal and definitive scope of this devotion. While this request of God has unfortunately not yet been answered, the Blessed Virgin prophesied that it would happen one day, which proves that it will happen in our time:

" In the end my Immaculate Heart will triumph, Russia will be converted and the world will be given a certain time of peace".

So we're right in the middle of the news. Russia is not yet converted, and the least we can say is that we are not heading for a period of peace...

Sister Lucia also had these impressive words to say:

"She said (the Blessed Virgin NDLR), both to myself and to my cousins, that God was giving the last two remedies in the world These are the Holy Rosary and devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the latter two being the most recent.èdes this means that there won't be another. "

December 26, 1957

If God brings "the last remedies", it's because they will never be outdated and, above all, will accompany mankind to the end of the world.

The salvation of sinners more topical than ever

At Fatima, Our Lady showed eternal hell to three little children, to underline the appalling nature of souls who fall into hell "like leaves in autumn", as she said at La Salette. At Fatima, she explained that we had to save them, and how we had to do it.

Now, like Benedict XVI, we can say that the world has never committed so many sins, either in quantity or in seriousness. What's more, there have never been so many of us. So it's likely that the number of people going to hell every day will be higher than ever before. has never been so high in human history.

The Immaculate Heart of Mary, a powerful means for the conversion of sinners, is therefore of paramount importance today, for it is through this devotion that we deliver the most sinners' souls.

The warnings of Christ himself

Alors que la Sainte Vierge a prophétisé qu’à la fin la dévotion à son Cœur serait établie, le Christ Lui-même a averti les hommes des conséquences de ne pas suivre ses demandes en comparant la situation à celle du Sacré-Cœur :

"Let my Ministers know, since they are following the example of the King of France in delaying the execution of my request, that they will follow him in misfortune."                                                                                                                                                              Christ, spring 1931 in Rianjo

"They wouldn't listen to my request! Like the King of France, they will repent."                                                              Summer 1931 Christ to Sister Lucy

This is absolute proof of the contemporary nature of this devotion. Let's not forget that the French Revolution broke out 100 years to the day after the King's refusal to carry out the demands of the Sacred Heart. Now lhe firsts Saturday of the month in honor of the Immaculate Heart of Mary have been requesteds in Fatima in 1925, which brings us to 2025... It's hard to believe that Fatima's reach is over.

Finally, let's listen to Sister Lucia, who was categorical about the need to follow the Blessed Virgin's requests today:

"Always in the plans of providence, when God is going to chastise the world, he exhausts all other remedies first. Now, since he has seen that the world has made no use of any of them, then, as we would say in our imperfect way of speaking, he offers us with a certain fear the last means of salvation, his Most Holy Mother. FOR IF WE DESPISE AND REJECT THIS ULTIMATE MEANS, WE WILL NO LONGER HAVE HEAVEN'S FORGIVENESS BECAUSE WE WILL HAVE COMMITTED A SIN AGAINST THE HOLY SPIRIT, WHICH CONSISTS IN OPENLY REJECTING WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE AND WILL THE SALVATION OFFERED TO US. "
